Its not a bad product but the quality of the service from order to receipt was not acceptable. The first issue was they sent the bird bath minus one of major parts. When i called to discuss the missing part, they initially acted as though they were very sorry and would do whatever it took to locate and send me the missing part. 3 phone calls and 3 email later, we were sent the part (4 to 6 weeks later). It does not inspire confidence to do repeat business.

nice bird bath statue

It is a very nice addition to the yard. Have a couple in the yard. It is heavy duty. The instructions could be a little better, but they are fairly easy.
