Mobile Outdoor Griddle
The pro griddle is designed to cook high volumes of product in a short period of time and converts with ease into a char-broiler for dual function use. Griddles are constructed of 5/16” cold rolled steel with stainless steel splash guards and a removable stainless steel grease tray.
The griddles can be removed and replaced with our optional cooking grates to easily convert the unit into an outdoor char-broiler. Such versatility makes this unit ideal for resorts, country clubs, caterers and service clubs.
