The quality of this grill is evident before the box is even opened --- it's extremely heavy. The grill is well made with several thoughtful features such as slide out propane shelf and removable cutting board and condiment inserts. You can also buy many quality accessories (i.e. stainless grill grate, bamboo cutting board) direct from the manufacturer at reasonable prices. The entire assembly is of the same quality as much more expensive built-ins. The grill works great: starts easily and heats up quickly, good temp control with 3 burners. Most "box store" grills this size only have two burners. This is a medium size grill, so if you plan on bbqing an entire cow at once you may need a bigger cooking area, but for a family of 4 this grill is plenty big. When it comes to grills, you usually get what you pay for...in the case of the Minden you get a much better grill than the average box store grills. If you are on the fence about spending a little more you will not be disappointed if you go for this grill!
