Really just too small. Haven't had the chance to use it yet. Seems good quality, directions okay but not great.

small bbq/smoker

It was a little tricky to assemble, but well worth it. I have used it many times since then and would recommend it. The surface is holding up well and it is easy to regulate the temperature in the heat box. Even though it is the small version, the cooking surface is large enough for a group of around 6.
