Medina River Big Daddy Double Smoker
The Big Daddy Double Smoker features two Smoking Chambers and a Fire Box. The Fire Box and Horizontal Smoking Chamber have easy access doors with "cool to the touch" handles. All doors are tight fitting for positive air control. The Horizontal Smoking Chamber and the Vertical Smoking Chamber have Thermometers and Drip Buckets. The Vertical Smoking Chamber features 3 shelves 16" x 16" and a Hanging Bar for meats. The Vertical Smoking Chamber has an additional side door to aid in temperature control.
